Each quarter in 2011, we will develop two new E-Shows featuring promotional ideas. For your 1st, 4th, 7th and 10th newsletter issue, you’ll choose one of the presentations for us to personalize with your logo, contact information and email and website links and set up as a Graphic Link.

Premium – E-Newsletter + E-Shows + E-Flyers
We will personalize two emails from our library of E-Flyers (your choice) with your logo, contact information and email and website links. One E-Flyer we will personalize after your 1st newsletter issue, the other after your 3rd newsletter issue. We will set up these email campaigns in your Constant Contact account and provide instructions on how to send or resend them (if applicable) on an as-needed basis:

Email Accounts and E-Show Hosting
Emails
If you’re equipped to send emails from your own server or you already have an account with an Email Service Provider (e.g., Vertical Response, MailChimp, Emma, Swiftpage) and prefer to handle your own campaign setups, we will turn HTML files over to you. Otherwise, we will set up a Constant Contact Email Account for your company, billed directly to you, and handle the setups and scheduling of each email. Their fees are based upon the unique number of email addresses in your account, beginning at $15/month for up to 500 email addresses. E-Show Hosting
For Advanced and Premium Program Participants Only: Your E-Shows will be hosted by Brainshark. We will set up your presentations and incorporate them into your Keep in Touch e-newsletters. Our fee includes the hosting of each E-Show for 30 days. If you wish to keep your presentations live beyond 30 days, a monthly hosting fee applies. If you opt to keep your E-Shows live and want to distribute them on your own, we will provide you with a URL and/or embed code for each presentation. If you’d like additional information about the hosting of Brainshark presentations, please contact us.

Additional Customization
In addition to the “standard” newsletter customization we provide, additional customization is always available for a fee. Options range from multiple signatures and headshots to a custom section highlighting an event or case study. If you’re interested in exploring ways to further brand or personalize your newsletter, just ask.
Copies of E-Newsletter Campaigns – Basic, Advanced and Premium Plans
This option is for companies who want their e-newsletter to feature either the principal's signature or the company's name in the closing, but they want clients and prospects to receive the e-newsletter from their respective Sales Rep's name and e-mail address. After the Single Edition has been set up, a copy of the Single Edition can be set up and e-mailed on behalf of each Sales Rep to his/her contact list.

Sales Rep Edition E-Newsletters – Applies to Basic, Advanced and Premium Plans
If you have sales reps who manage their own accounts, it’s likely your e-newsletter will have better results if a personalized edition is sent from each sales rep to his or her clients and prospects as opposed to an e-newsletter sent from a generic email address (e.g., sales@, info@) featuring the president’s signature. Sales Rep Edition E-Newsletters are personalized as follows:
- Name, photo, signature, telephone and e-mail address (see Newsletter Sample page)
- The “from” field will feature the company name, sales rep name and sales rep e-mail address
Once the first edition of a newsletter has been created (e.g., the January issue for Smith Promotions featuring the signature of John Smith), the cost of creating additional, personalized newsletters for sales reps drops considerably.
