How a Keep in Touch E-Newsletter is Created

B) Sidebar – Each issue includes two graphics with tag lines that link to your web site, created to help create click-thrus. Usually the graphics feature product categories (e.g., Drinkware, Apparel) but we’ll create other types of graphics if you prefer (e.g., a Special Offer, Open House announcement). And as you can see, there is usually room to create an extra graphic link ($25).

D) Article – The main section of your newsletter features the article you selected from our library and the following elements:
D-1 – For your first issue, a few lines of introductory copy about your newsletter
D-2 – Three product images that we’ve selected to accompany the article you chose
D-3 – Three to five text links to product categories on your web site

C) Contact Info – We’ll include your physical address, local and toll-free telephone numbers, fax, e-mail and web site links. If your organization is a certified WBE or MBE, we’ll include that logo as well. And if space allows, we’ll even include the logos of credit cards that you accept.

E) Signature – Your actual signature or a font signature, along with your e-mail address and telephone.

G) Postscript – When appropriate, we’ll include a P.S. to alert readers to a particular idea, announcement or offer.

F) Next Issue box (Optional) – We’ll create a graphic featuring a blurb about your next newsletter. (Great way to demonstrate to your target audience that you are committed to communicating with them on a regular basis.)

A) Header – Your logo and tag line, on a background that complements your identity.
