E-Mail Distribution
Constant Contact Distribution
We will set up a password-protected, subscription-based account for you with Constant Contact. In addition, we will:
- Upload your initial mailing list and notify you of any errors
- Review the results of your campaign (opens, bounces, click-thrus, etc.) after your first Keep in Touch E-Flyer mails
- Explain how to update, add and delete records from your mailing list
Constant Contact Email Account Fees are set by Constant Contact and subject to change. Current fees are:
Up to 500 e-mail addresses in your account – $15/month
501-2,500 e-mail addresses in your account – $30/month
2,501-5,000 e-mail addresses in your account – $50/month
5,001-10,000 e-mail addresses in your account – $75/month
If you have an existing account with Constant Contact, you can provide us with your login information and we will handle the setups of your e-mails, or we can provide you with the files and step-by-step instructions you need to set up your own Custom Campaigns. (We create all of our designs and HTML code. We only use Constant Contact for distribution and reporting.) Your Constant Contact Account can be cancelled at any time.
Do-It-Yourself Distribution
If you are equipped to e-mail your own communications (e.g., using Vertical Response, Emma or other Email Service Providers), we will be happy to send you zipped files (HTML and images) for each email we create for you.
If you have an existing account with Constant Contact, you can provide us with your login information and we will handle the setups of your e-mails, or we can provide you with the files and step-by-step instructions you need to set up your own Custom Campaigns. (We create all of our designs and HTML code. We only use Constant Contact for distribution and reporting.)
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We will e-mail invoices to you upon the release of each E-flyer. Payment is required prior to the setup of your E-Flyer.
