The Keep in Touch E-Flyer program includes the following:

The E-Flyers of your choice featuring your logo and contact information (e.g., e-mail and web site links; mailing address, city, state, zip; local and/or toll-free telephone and fax, a contact name and/or headshot).
Mailing list upload/review for errors
Hyperlinks directing readers from your E-Flyers to your web site
Set up of each HTML and Text campaign in a Constant Contact Email Marketing Account (or if you use a different Email Service Provider, we’ll provide you with the HTML files)
Test E-Mails so you see exactly how your E-Flyer will appear in recipients’ inboxes;
Scheduling of the release of each E-Flyer – you choose the dates and times;
A 15-minute telephone tutorial to show you how to access your E-Mail Account and review the results of each E-Flyer (the opens, click-throughs, etc.)
Within 48 hours after release of each E-Flyer, we will set up a Campaign Resend with a different Subject Line to contacts who did not open the E-Flyer

Additional customization is available. Every E-Flyer can be modified to feature Custom Copy, Custom Images, or Custom Colors to match your identity.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your target audience will always have the option to unsubscribe from your mailing list every time an E-Flyer is sent to them. This verbiage/link is featured at the bottom of every E-Flyer, even though this text is not shown on the sample E-Flyers on this page.
